666 Photography Beginnings
Partridge’s love for retro/vintage photography all began at the early age. Her parents were antique collectors, which exposed her to a variety of auction houses and galleries. Her first official piece, a 1920’s armoire, was purchased with her babysitting money. She’s been collecting ever since that time.
The concept of each photograph is a collaborative effort. 666 Photography works closely with the client on specific ideas. However, the overall execution comes from Partridge herself. She works best when left on her own and is not much for taking orders. The development process is different for every artist. Partridge will generally eat, sleep, and dream until all of the elements and logistics are worked out. After that, she takes the steps in building or painting the sets. The icing on the cake is when her makeup artist Lisa Naeyaert arrives and put the last piece into place.
