Alberto Seveso considers himself the King of Photoshop. It’s easy to see why. Alberto Seveso has an uncanny ability to mesmerize us with his dreamlike ribbons of color and smoke swirling around the nude form. His out of the world creations combine high-speed photography and ink mixing with fluid. The result is the ultimate visual guilty pleasure.
The incredible thing about Alberto Seveso is he is a self-taught artist. He never attended art school and spent most of his life on the island of Sardinia. The island life served as his inspiration. He eventually moved to Rome in the early 2000’s. That was when he began his career as a freelance artist for top-name brands took off.
Although his distinct style is often copied by others, it can never be replicated. Alberto Seveso was strongly influenced by Heavy Metal magazine as a teen. Over time, his interest shifted toward psychedelic imagery where began experimenting with fluid paint swirls.
